Born and raised in The Bay Area, Sal began his media career working as a mobile DJ, while earning his BA in Broadcast Communication Arts from Cal Berkeley. After graduating, Sal worked as a broadcast radio DJ for LIVE 105 FM and operated his own freelance mobile DJ business as well.

Recently awarded the honor for 'Best Traffic Reporting in Northern California' by the Radio-Television News Directors Association, Sal can be seen daily on the popular local television show 'Mornings on 2'. Although television now demands lots of his time, Sal still enjoys performing as a mobile DJ and is available for private and public events on a limited basis.
